Summay of notice	Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Sadamasa Mishio, Director of Administration Department, Ship Supply Depot, Japan Maritime Self Defense Force. 6 Contents of the procurement ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 16 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : 8 items including article LAMP, FLUORESCENT ⑶ Delivery period : 29 MAY 2026. ⑷ Delivery place : Repair and Supply Facility Yokosuka, Repair and Supply Facility Kure, Repair and Supply Facility Sasebo, Repair and Supply Facility Maizuru and Repair and Supply Facility Ominato/Japan Maritime Self Defense Force. ⑸ Method of Bid : When the contract price is settled, the contract price is written in the estimate with the additional fee of 10%. If there is a fraction in the contract price, we omit the fraction. Both venders which add tax, and taxexempt venders, should fill in the form with the price that is 100/110 of the estimated price. 7 Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ⑴ Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under Conservatorship, or persons under Assistance, who obtained the necessary consent for concluding a contract, may be eligible under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ⑵ Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ⑶ Have Grade A, B, and C in "Sale" in terms of the qualification for participateting in tenders by Ministry of Defense (Unifed quailfication for every ministry and ageincy) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027. ⑷ Be able to secure the equipment for test, necessary people, etc in Japan, and attend the inspection of the Official in Charge of Contrating to inspect procured goods in Japan. ⑸ Be not under suspension of nomination, based on the procedure of acquisition of defense equipment and services, issued by Director General for Health and Medicine, Director General, Bureau of Defense Policy, Commissioner, Acquisition, Technology and Logistics Agency or Chief of Staff, Japan Maritime Self Defense Force. ⑹ Do not intend to make a contract with the Ministry of Defense on selling, buying or producing the similar items to those who are under suspension of nomination stated above while having capital or personal relationship with them. ⑺ Those who are admitted to have justifiable reasons by the official in charge of the suspension of the nomination shall be exempted from these qualifications stated above. 8 Where venders submit their quotation sheet, etc. ⑴ Point of Contact : Takaaki Matsusita, Ship Supply Depot, Japan Maritime Self Defense Force, Mubanchi Tauraminatocho, Yokosukashi, Kanagawa, 237-0071, Japan TEL 046-822-3500 ext. 6315 ⑵ Delivery method for bid explanation sheet : We will deliver it at the aforesaid 8⑴. ⑶ Deadline for tender : 16 : 45, 9 July 2025 ⑷ Time and place for Bid : 13 : 30, 10 July 2025 Bid Room, Ship Supply Depot. 9 Others ⑴ Language and currency for the contract procedure : Japanese/Japanese Yen ⑵ Deposit for bid and contract : Remission ⑶ Required action for venders : venders who expect to join in the competitive bid should submit not only the sealed quotation sheet but also the form to prove they deliver the goods which are written in this notice to POC. ⑷ In case of invalid bid : The quotation sheet submitted by the vender who doesn"t have qualification for the competitive bid in this notice and didn"t fulfill the duty which is required for bidder will be canceled. ⑸ The need to create a contract Documents. ⑹ Procedure to decide the successful bid- der : The bidder who submitted the quotation sheet added documents, that the Official in Charge of Contracting decided is able to deliver the goods, and marked the lowest price in the estimated price restriction, which is made by Article 79 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting will be designated to the successful bidder. ⑺ No negotiations in the procedure. ⑻ Detail is written in the explanation of bid.
