⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : MORITA Yasuo, Director General of Kyusyu Regional Development Bureau ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : R7-R11 Business services and research and output optimum location and output devices 1 set ⑷ Service period : From next day of contract through 30 November, 2029 ⑸ Service place : Kyushu Regional Development Bureau ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ② have Grade A or B on "offer of services" in Kyusyu・Okinawa Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year of 2025, 2026, and 2027 ③ not have filed a petition for the commencement of reorganization proceedings under the Corporate Reorganization Act or the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (except those who have done the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification) ④ not be under suspension of nomination by Director General of Kyusyu Regional Development Bureau from time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening ⑤ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Procurement system https://www.p-portal.go.jp/pps-web-biz/ ⑥ not be the person that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned ⑦ acquiring infomation security management system (ISO27001/ISMS) as a company or an organization ⑧ place technician who has a work experience and qualification in the bid manual ⑨ be the person who obtained bid manual from the person of ordering directly ⑺ Time-limit for the tender to certificate : 17 : 00 16 June, 2025 ⑻ Time-limit for the tender : 17 : 00 23 July, 2025 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Contract Division, Kyusyu Regional Development Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, 2-10-7, Hakataekihigashi, Hakataku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka-Prefecture 812-0013 Japan, TEL 092-471-6331 ex. 2538 |
