⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : According to bid manual and specifications
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 August 2025 through 31 July 2027
⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the specifications
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are who shall :
① not come under Article 6 of the administrative instruction of the Contractual Rules of the West Nippon Expressway Company Limited
② submit a copy of a tax payment certificate published within the past three months and formulated in either formats of 3, 3-2 or 3-3 prescribed by Article 9 of the Enforcement Regulations of the National Tax Act
③ Obtain the permission from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, stipulated in Article 4 about the general private passenger motor vehicle transportation business under Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 1, B of the Road Transport Act.
④ Obtain the certification of a chartered bus operator safety assessment from the Nihon Bus Association.
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 P.M. 27 May 2025
⑻ Time-limit for the submission of tender : 4 : 00 P.M. 10 July 2025
⑼ The language used for application and inquiry shall be Japanese.
