⑴ Official in charge of the contract of the procuring entity : Nawata Tadashi, Chief Operating Officer of Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 15 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : ・Smartphone devices : 36 months (Quantity of units : 1,750) ・Initial cost : 1 set ・Network usage contract : 36 months (Number of lines : 1,750) ⑷ Delivery period ⒜ Delivery period : 90 days from the day following the contract signing date ⒝ Rental period : 3 years (36 months) from the delivery date ⒞ the collection deadline after the rental period ends : Within three months after the rental period ends ⑸ Delivery place : According to the bid specifications ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company"s regulation concerning the contract procedures ② Have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents till time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification. ・Copy of the commercial register ・The latest financial statements ・Copy of certificate of tax payment ・Document that described company career ・Application forms and relevant documents for the qualification ・Evidence of having supplied 800 or more smartphones under a single contract as the primary contractor after April 1, 2020. ③ Have not received suspension of designated contractor status after the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification. ④ Not have capital relationship and personal relationship with other bidders. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 P.M. May 22 2025 (Tenders submitted by mail : 4 : 00 P.M.
