⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Osamu Takahara Director General of West Japan Branch Office, Urban Renaissance Agency ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 58 ⑶ Work"s name : house-moving at the Shinsenrihigashimachi complex (3rd period) ⑷ Required volume : entire house-moving operation ⑸ Fulfillment period : From 1 July 2025 through 31 August 2029 ⑹ Fulfillment place : Indicated at the tender documentation and the places that we indicate later ⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Articles 331 and 332 of the Urban Renaissance Agency"s Rules for the Operation of Accounting Practice ② have been qualified for the purpose of "Service" through the examination of qualifications for the participation in the competitive tendering purchase for procuring equipment by West Japan district, Urban Renaissance Agency in the fiscal year 2025 and 2026. ③ not be currently under a suspension of nomination as instructed by Urban Renaissance Agency. ④ have a Permission to be a general cargo automobile transport enterprise in accordance with of the Cargo Automobile Transport Utilities Industry Low. ⑤ have proven to have experienced of the same kind resemblance services. ⑥ have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service for the procured services. ⑦ Who should have received the tender documentation. ⑧ Not be the company where a gang or a gangster influences management substantially or a company following this. ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M. 2 June 2025 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Procurement Control Division, West Japan Branch Office, Urban Renaissance Agency, 1-13-1, Umeda, Kita-ku, Osaka City, 530-0001 TEL 06-4799-1035 |
