⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Masaki Inose, Commander, 9th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be Purchased : Aviation turbine fuel oil (Niigata air base underground tank), About 834,000L ⑷ Term of a contract and delivery period : From 1, June 2025 through 31 March 2026. ⑸ A demand place and delivery place : As per the specifications. ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ⅰ )not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ⅱ )not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ⅲ )have Grade A, B, C or D of level of interest in "Selling" in Kantokoshinetsu area or Tokaihokuriku area in terms of the qualification for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2025・2026・2027. ⅳ )The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract. ⑺ Time limit for tender : 17 : 00, 22, May, 2025. ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Hiroshi Higuchi or Yuma Kato, Bid Examination Section, Accounting Division, Administration Department, 9th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters, 1-2-1 Misakicho, Chuoh-ku, Niigata-City, Niigata 950-8543 Japan.
