⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : MORITA Yasuo, Director General of Kyusyu Regional Development Bureau ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : Equipment rental and maintenance of servers and peripherals 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From the next day of contract through 28 February, 2030 (Lease period : From 1March, 2026 through 28 February, 2030) ⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ② have Grade A or B on "offer of services" in Kyusyu・Okinawa Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year of 2025, 2026, and 2027 ③ not have filed a petition for the commencement of reorganization proceedings under the Corporate Reorganization Act or the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (except those who have done the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification) ④ not be under suspension of nomination by Director General of Kyusyu Regional Development Bureau from time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening ⑤ not be the person that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned ⑥ place technician who has qualification in the bid manual ⑦ have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the products in the bid manual ⑧ have a business certification qualfication of information security management system (ISMS) ⑨ be the person who proved that there is a performance in the bid manual ⑩ be the person who obtained the bid manual from the person of ordering directly ⑪ other details, by the tender documentation ⑺ Time-limit for the submission of certificate : 17 : 00 21 April, 2025 ⑻ Time-limit for the tender : 17 : 00 30 May, 2025 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : TSUZUKI Yuya Contract Division, Kyusyu Regional Development Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, 2-10-7, Hakataekihigashi, Hakataku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka-Prefecture 812-0013 Japan, TEL 092-476-3509 ex. 2537 |
