Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B or C in terms of the qualifications for participating in tenders of the Manufactures of products or Sales of products in the Kanto・Koushinetsu area related to Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. In addition, when concluding a contract, the applicant must have the same qualifications as those in the 2025, 2026, and 2027 Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency). ④ Not be suspended from transaction by the request of the officials in charge of contract. ⑤ A person whose business situation or trustworthiness is deemed not to have significantly deteriorated and whose proper performance of a contract can be guaranteed. ⑥ Submit a document of a system to prove their ability to supply the system concerned and meet our requirements in order to be judged acceptable by the contracting entity ; and provide explanations on the contents of the above document by request. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 30 p.m. 7 March 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : HIGASHI Takuya, Procurement Section, Budget, Organization and Support Services Office, Resources Management Division, Strategy Development and Management Bureau, Financial Services Agency, 3-2-1 Kasumigaseki Chiyoda-ku Tokyo 100-8967 Japan.
