Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Takeshi Mita in charge of Finance of Gifu Prefectural Police. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity used in gifu Prefectual Police School, 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : From 1, April 2025 to 31, March 2026 ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who : ① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, person under Conservatorship or person under assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B or C "Sale of product" in the Tokai・Hokuriku area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④ Are not being suspended from transactions by request of National Police Agency. ⑤ Not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Japanese government is continuing state concerned. ⑥ Have registerted in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. ⑦ Fulfill the requirement of Carbon dioxide emission factor and Efforts to reducing environment load in the tender documentation. ⑺ Time-limit for Tender : 17 : 00 5, March 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Finance Division, General Affairs Office, Gifu Prefectural Police Headquarters : 2-1-1, Yabutaminami, Gifu 500-8501 Japan.
