Summay of notice	⑴ Contracting entity : Aiko Kimura, Director of the Accounting Division, Grand Steward"s Secretariat, Imperial Household Agency, 1-1 Chiyoda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8111 Japan. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 1 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : Wasanbon sugar (refined sugar) confectionery molded into the pattern designated by Imperial Household Agency. 53,000 boxes (scheduled quantity). ⑷ Contract period : From 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 ⑸ Delivery place : The place specified by the Contracting entity. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have Grade A, B, C or D in the list of the "manufacture of product" or "sale of product" in the Kanto-Koshinetsu Area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (standardized qualification for every Ministry and Agency) in the fiscal years, 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④ not be suspended from transaction by the request of the official in charge of contract. ⑤ the others : As in the tender documentation. ⑺ Time limit for tender : by 17 : 00, 12, March 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Special Supply Section, Supply Division, Grand Steward"s Secretariat, Imperial Household Agency, 1-1 Chiyoda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8111 Japan TEL 03-3213-1111 ext. 3794 ⑼ Access to the Imperial Household Agency through Sakashita-mon Gate.
