Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KAZAMA Yasuo, Director of Department of Administration for Western Area, Administrative Headquarters, NARO. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26. ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity of NARO, Fukuyama Research Station and others (total 5 sites) : 1,592,100 kWh. ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2026. ⑸ Fulfillment place : NARO, Fukuyama Research Station and others (total 5 sites). ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 8 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO. ② Not come under Article 9 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO. ③ Have Grade A, B, C or D on "manufacturing and selling of products"in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by NARO (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④ Not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract. ⑤ Be an Electricity Retailer registered under the Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act. ⑥ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑺ Time limit for Application for confirmation of qualification for participating in tender and Proposal : 5 : 00 PM, 21 January, 2025. ⑻ Time limit for tender of mailing : 5 : 00 PM , 31 January, 2025. ⑼ Time limit for tender of bringing : 10 : 00 AM, 3 February, 2025. ⑽ Contact point for the notice : FUJIOKA Miyoko Accounting Section, Department of Administration for Western Area, NARO, 6-12-1 Nishifukatsu, Fukuyama City, Hiroshima 721-8514 Japan.
