Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hideyuki Sawada, Director, National Hosptal Organization Utano Hospital ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : Public officebuilding electricity supply contract ⑷ Fulfillment period : From April 1st, 2025 through March 31st, 2026 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Utano Hospital ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B, C or D in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kinki Region ; ④ be registered as a retail electricity supplier under Article 2-2 of the Electricity Act ; ⑤ prove that they can deliver the electricity, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ; ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑦ show that it has disclosed information on its power source composition and carbon dioxide emission factor in the attached "Certificate of Compliance" in accordance with the Contracts for Environmental Consideration Act, which came into force on 22 November 2007, and must have a total score of at least 70 points for (ⅰ) to (ⅳ) ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M.
