Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : YAMAMOTO Satoshi, Director-General of Geospatial Information Authority of Japan ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Support for Data Operations and Preparations of Digital Japan Basic Map (geospatial data) Databases. ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April, 2025 through 31 March, 2026 ⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the bid manual ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Articles 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ② have Grade A, B or C on "offer of services" in Kanto Koushinetsu area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022/2023/2024 will have acceptance of Grade A, B or C on "offer of services" in Kanto Koushinetsu area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027 as of 1 April, 2025 ③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Geospatial Information Authority of Japan from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening ④ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electronic Procurement system https://www.p-portal.go.jp/pps-web-biz/ ⑤ not be the supplier that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned ⑥ be the person who obtained the bid manual from the person of ordering directly ⑦ be the person who proved that the system of business completion such as the expected engineer must accomplish the job was prepared about the business concerned ⑺ Time-limit for submission of certificate : 16 : 00 7 January, 2025 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00 6 February, 2025 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Contract Section, Contract Division, General Affairs Department, Geospatial Information Authority of Japan, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, 1 Kitasato, Tsukuba, Ibaraki, 305-0811 Japan.
