Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have the Grade "A", "B", "C" or "D" in terms of the qualification "Sale of product" at Chugoku area or Sikoku area for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④ Being a person who has been registered as a retail electric utility based on the provisions of Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act ⑤ Based on the provisions of Article 73 of the Preliminary Decree, as a qualified bidder specified by the person in charge of spending burdens, information on carbon dioxide emission factor, utilization of unused energy, introduction of renewable energy, and energy saving and power saving to consumers Satisfy the bid conformity conditions shown in the bid manual regarding the efforts of the above and the disclosure of information on the power source composition and carbon dioxide emission factor. ⑥ prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc. ⑺ Time limit for submission of certify-cates : 17 : 00, 17 January, 2025 ⑻ Time limit for tender : 17 : 00, 31 January, 2025 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : ENSYO Katsunori, Procurement Section, Accounting Division, Administration Department, Chugoku-Shikoku Regional Agricultural Administration Office, 1-4-1 Shimoishii Kitaku Okayama city Okayama prefecture 700-8532 Japan.
