⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Data processing and application management for 2025-2026 Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU), 1 set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From the date of this agreement through 31, March, 2027
⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have the Grade A or B in terms of the qualification for Participating intender of the "offer of services" by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto ･Koushin"etsu area in the fiscal year, 2022, 2023, 2024.
④ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President.
⑤ "Law about prevention of an unfair act by a gangster" be not the mobster and the member, the associate member or the person concerned going to be prescriptive in.
⑥ Must have a track record of accepting various application and data matching operations after April 1, 2020.
⑦ have a track record of providing computer processing such as national examinations, university entrance examinations, various qualification examinations, etc. with more than 20,000 a applicant"s contracted after April 1, 2020.
⑧ Make it clear having established standards for handling name, address, contact phone number, place of work, and similar personal information. If available, submit privacy mark.
⑨ Prove that an information security management system has been established by submitting a certificate certified by ISO/IEC27001 or JIS Q27001.
⑺ Time limit of tender : 5 : 00 PM 6 January 2025
