⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Score equalization processing work for 2025-2026 Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU), 1 set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From the date of this agreement through 31, March, 2027
⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have the qualification for Participating intender of the "offer of services" by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto ･Koushin"etsu area in the fiscal year, 2022, 2023, 2024.
④ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President.
⑤ "Law about prevention of an unfair act by a gangster" be not the mobster and the member, the associate member or the person concerned going to be prescriptive in.
⑥ Establish a system to take appropriate protective measures regarding the handling of personal information such as receiving Privacy Mark certification.
⑦ Have a track record of calculating scores by performing score equating using IRT (item response theory) in tests with an annual turnout of 3,000 or more test takers, and returning scores to individual test takers based on the equating results between April 1, 2020 and September 30, 2024.
⑺ Time limit of tender : 5 : 00 PM 9 January 2025
