⑷ Fulfillment period : From Contract day through 24 March 2025
⑸ Fulfillment place : The place specified by the Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ not be during a period of receiving the nomination stop from Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
④ have Grade A, B or C in "sale of product" and "offer of services etc" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
⑤ not describe false facts in the application.
⑥ not be in an extremely deteriorate business condition or a creditworthiness.
⑦ Observe the laws and ordinances related to the labor
⑧ Obtaining either "Information Security Management System Certification (International Standard ISO/IEC27001 or JISQ27001)" or "Privacy Mark (JISQ 15001)"
⑨ have the qualification specified by the Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity, based on a rules of Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 10 : 20 AM, 10 January 2025
