⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 January, 2025 through 31 March, 2025
⑸ Delivery place : The place will be specified later.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet
Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have the Grade A or B "Sale of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. The qualification also includes who are certified as Grade C and D and can prove to have equivalent sales results as Grade A or B holders. ④Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
