⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to be used in Tokyo Plant, National Printing Bureau, Incorporated Administrative Agency Contract 8,000kW.The estimated electricity about 16,575,200kWh
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2026
⑸ Fulfillment place : Tokyo Plant
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 6-1 of the National Printing Bureau"s regulation concerning the contract procedures. Furthermore, minors, Person under Coservatorship, and Person under assistance, who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract, may come under this qualification in cases inovoling special reasons within the said article.
② Not come under Article 6-2 of the National Printing Bureau"s regulation concerning the contract procedures.
③ Have Grade A or B in terms of The qualifications for participating in tenders for Sales of product by the Ministry of Finance, Japan (all ministries/agencies) or the National Printing Bureau, Incorporated Administrative Agency, in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ Have registered in accordance with article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑤ The applicant must meet the conditions related to the carbon dioxide emission factor and the status of efforts to reduce the burden on the environment.
⑺ Time-limit for proposal of the tendering procedures : 4 : 00 P.M. 26 December 2024
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 P.M. 21 January 2025
