Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the Procuring entity : Kazuhiko Simizu, the Contract Officer, Director of Procurement and Financial Department, Ground Materiel Control Command, Japan Ground Self Defense Force. ⑵ Classification of the products to be Procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : ① Stand, Bells, Orchestra, Chromatic 2EA ② Xylophone 1EA ③ Saxophone 1ST ④ Trombone 1ST ⑤ Clarinet 1ST ⑥ Bassoon 1ST ⑦ Drum, Snare 1EA ⑷ Delivery period : ⑶①~⑦ from the date of contract to 17 March 2025 as in the tender documentation ⑸ Delivery place : as in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have Grade ⑶①~⑦ A, B, C or D on "Manufacture of Product" or "Sale of Product" in the Kanto and Koushin-etsu area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office.
