⒝ Have been qualified through the qualifications for participating in tenders by NICT, or through Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024
⒞ Not be suspended from transaction by the request of NICT, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications or all other prefectures. Within the suspended term by those above, only the term exceeding the suspended term by the request of NICT is not included
⒟ Acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system
