⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ;
ⅰ )not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;
ⅱ )not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ;
ⅲ )not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
ⅳ )have Grade A B C or D level of interest in "Selling" in Kanto・Koshinetsu area in terms of the qualification for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years, 2022・2023・2024.
ⅴ )have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Petroleum Stockpiling Law (Law No. 55 of 2001), to initiate business of selling Petroleum Products.
ⅵ )The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑺ Time-limit for tender ;
