Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Nobuyuki Ichimura Director-General of Nagoya Regional Immigration Services Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the services to be required : 116 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Immigration attendant for the Chubu Airport District Immigration Office Nagoya Regional Immigration Services Bureau. ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2024 through 31 March 2025. ⑸ Fulfillment place : The place will be specified later. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have the Grade A or B in "Offer of service" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Tokai・Hokuriku area related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year of 2022, 2023, 2024. ④Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time limit for tender : 15 : 00 29 February 2024 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Mayumi Ryogoku, General Affairs Division, Chubu Airport District Immigration Office Nagoya Regional Immigration Services Bureau. 3rd Floor CIQ Bldg. 1-1 Centrair tokoname City Aichi 479-0881 Japan.
