Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : MURAMATSU Hideki, Obligating officer Director of the Finance Division, Minister"s Secretariat, Ministry of Justice ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14, 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be leased : Introduction, renting and maintenance of the communication devices due to replacement of computers and printservers of the Registration information system, 1 set ⑷ Lease period : The passage of specification ⑸ Lease place : The place will be specified later. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A or B "Manufacture of products" "Sale of products" or "Offer of Services" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal year of 2022, 2023, 2024. ④Meet the qualification requirements which The Obligating Officer Director may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑤Prove to have ability to lease the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be leased by a third party. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 11 March 2024 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : AIZAWA Koji, Procurement Section, Finance Division, Minister"s Secretariat, Ministry of Justice, 1-1-1 Kasumigaseki Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8977 Japan.
