Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasonswithinthesaidclause.②notcome under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③have the Grade A, B or C qualified for participating in tenders for the "provision of services" by Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal year, 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④not be currently under suspension of nomination by JST ⑺ Obligations of tenders : ①The tenders must prepare written proposals based on the specifications shown in the letter of explanations and submit by 12 : 00 PM 29 January, 2024 ②The tenders must respond to the relevant questions made by the officer in charge of contracts ; and ③JST shall conduct inspections of the said proposals. ④Please be noted that if it is indicated that environmental conditions relating to the procurement are laid down in its tender documents. ⑻ Time limit of tender : 12 : 00 PM 29 January, 2024 (tenders submitted by mail 12 : 00 PM 29 January, 2024) ⑼ Contact point for the notice : ITAKURA Yuji, Contract Division, Department of Contract, JST, 5-3, Yonban-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 102-8666 TEL 03-5214-7996
