Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SATOU Hisanobu Director of General of Chubu Regional Development Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Introduce road patrol support system in the Chubu area ⑷ Fulfillment period : From the contract date concluded through 29 November 2024 ⑸ Fulfillment place : In Chubu area ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ② have Grade B on "provision of services" in Tokai-Hokuriku area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022/2023/2024 ③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Chubu Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening. ④ not be the stated person under the commencement of reorganization proceedings or under the beginning of rehabilitation proceedings (except for the person who has the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification). ⑤ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned. ⑥ The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly. ⑦ To submit reference quotation specified in the tender documentation. ⑧ This work is not only for system introduction, but also for grasping and improving requirements for continuing to improve efficiency related to road management through work (operation), and management engineers engaged in this work shall meet one of the following qualifications. ・Professional Engineer, Japan (Civil Engineering, Engineering Management) (Civil Engineering) ・Ph.
