Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Yumiko Souno, Obligating officer, Director General of Maebashi District Legal Affairs Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Mobile type bookshelf supply and installation work set in the Maebashi District Legal Affairs Bureau Takasaki District Government Building joint government building 1 set. ⑷ Fulfillment period : As shown in the spcification. ⑸ Fulfillment place : Refer to the tender explanation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting : Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable undercases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A, B or C on "Sale of Product" and "Provision of Services" in the Kanto and Koushinetsu area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years of 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④Meet the qualification requirements which the obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 15 13th October, 2023 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Yoshifumi Wada Accounting Division Facility Section, Maebashi District Legal Affairs Bureau, 2-3-1 Ote-machi, Maebashi-shi, Gunma-ken 371-8535 Japan.
