Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : NAKAYAMA Kou, Director General, Tokai-Hokuriku Regional Bureau of Health and Welfare. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 24 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Purchasing contract of a set of triple quadrupole gas chromatograph mass spectrometer ⑷ Delivery period : 31, january, 2024 ⑸ Delivery place : The place specified by the Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have Grade "A", "B" or "C" on "Sale of product" in the Tokai-Hokuriku Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④ are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract. ⑤ prove to have no false statement in tendering documents. ⑥ prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating. ⑦ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑧ join social insurance (welfare annuity insurance, health insurance (that Japan Health Insurance Association takes charge of), seamen"s insurance, national pension, the worker"s compensation insurance and unemployment insurance), and not behind in payment of insurance due of the applicable system. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 13 : 30, September 11, 2023 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : TAKEUCHI Hiroki, Accounting Section, General Affairs Division, Tokai-Hokuriku Regional Bureau of Health, and Welfare, 1-15-1 Shirakabe Higashi-ku Nagoya 461-0011 Japan, TEL 052-971-8831
