Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KATO Yu Director-General of Nagoya Legal Affairs Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to be used in Nagoya Legal Affairs Bureau, etc. Contract power 1,173kW, Estimated volume of electricity 2,095,214kWh. ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 October 2023 through 30 September 2024. ⑸ Delivery place : As in the tender manual and specification document. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A, B or C "manufacture" or "selling" in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Toukai・Hokuriku area related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years of 2022, 2023 and 2024 and have a record of contract concerned of more than equal. ④Have registered as a retail electric enterpraise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. ⑤Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑺ Electronic procurement system available ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 15 24 August 2023 ⑼ Contact point for the notice Electronic procurement system or OKAZAKI Naoki, Procurement Section, Finance Division, Nagoya Legal Affairs Bureau, 2-2-1 Sannomaru Naka-ku Nagoya-shi 460-8513 Japan.
