⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be purchased : Procurement of wideband real-time spectrum analyzer for radio monitoring 1 set

⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : (A)not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause : (B)not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting : (C)Have Grade A, B or C "Manufacture of product" or "Sale of product" in the Kanto・Koushin"etsu district in terms of the qualification for participating in tender by MIC (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
⑺ Time limit for submission of tenders by electronic bidding system : 17 : 00 22 August 2023. (tenders brought with 17 : 00 22 August 2023 or submitted by mail : 17 : 00 22 August 2023)
