⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who :
① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Have Grade A, B or C of "Sales of products" in the Chugoku Area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification in every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023, 2024.
④ The person who is not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑤ Be a pledger to excluding crime syndicates and other illegal organizations defined in the bid manual.
⑥ Have permission to be general electric enterprise in accordance with article 2, section 2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑦ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the in tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑺ Time limit for tender : 4 : 00 P.M. 23 August, 2023
