⑴ Contracting entity : Hiroshi Masuyama, Vice President, Member of the Board of Directors, National Institute of Information and Communications Technology ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : ① Extension of packet transfer, retrieval, and analysis functions for an FPGA router, 1 set ② Verification System of Load and Functions for Power Management of Mobile Base Stations, 1 set ③ A Secure In-Network Computing Platform Software based on a Distributed Ledger Technology, 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : By 29 February 2024 ⑸ Delivery place : As per the specifications ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Manufacturers or Retailers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ⒜ Not come under Article 3 and 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for NICT ⒝ Have been qualified through the qualifications for participating in tenders by NICT, or through Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 ⒞ Not be suspended from transaction by the request of NICT, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications or all other prefectures. Within the suspended term by those above, only the term exceeding the suspended term by the request of NICT is not included ⒟ Acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system https://www.ep-bid.supercals.jp/ ebidGoodsAccepter/index.jsp?
