⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering Procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Have Grade A, B, C, or D in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Defense (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022/2023/2024
④ The Person who is not being under suspension of nomination by Director General for Health and Medicine, Director General, Bureau of Deputy Director General, Bureau of Defense Policy or Director General Acquisition, Technology and Logistics Agency and Chief of Staff, Ground Self Defense Force.
⑤ not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Japanese government is continuing state concerned.
⑥ Those who have testing equipment and personnel available in Japan at an inspection of procurement goods conducted by a contracting officer in charge
⑦ You shall not be requested to eliminate from tenders of Ministry of Defense of Japan by each Prefectural Police in Japan as a crime syndicate concerned agency/trader/dealer and still under such condition. After completed the bid, until exchanging contracts, You shall not be requested to eliminate from tenders of Ministry of Defense of Japan by each Prefectural Police in Japan as a crime syndicate concerned agency/trader/dealer and still under such condition.
