Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kiyomi Nagata, Warden of the Miyazaki Prison ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 15 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Multi-function personal handy-phone system 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : 26 march 2024 ⑸ Delivery place : Place designated by Warden of the Miyakonojo Detention Branch and Nobeoka Detention Branch ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have the Grade A in "Manufacture of product" or "Sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year of 2022, 2023, 2024. ④Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑤Suppliers who intend to put in a bid without above qualifications may be eligible only if they will be entitled to the qualifications, registered on the list of qualified bidders, and considered to have the relevant grade. ⑺ Time limit for tender : 13 : 30, 30 June 2023 (Tenders submitted by mail : 13 : 00, 29 June 2023) ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Supply Section, Miyazaki Prison, 4623 Oazaitobaru, Miyazaki City, Miyazaki, 880-2293 Japan TEL 0985-41-1121 ext. 212
