Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kazutoshi Komatsu, Warden of the Kakogawa Prison ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 16 ⑶ Subject : Fully automatic broad casting equipment renewal maintenance contract. ⑷ Delivery period : Thursday 29 February 2024 ⑸ Delivery place : Place designated by Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity (Kakogawa Prison). ⑹ Bidding : When making a Success bid, the bid price will be the sum of the amount stated in the bid from plus 10% of the amount, so the bidder is taxable business operator or a tax exempt business operator. Regardless of whether there is a contract, the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount must be stated in the bid. ⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible or participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, person under conservatorship or persons under assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have the Grade A or B in the "sale of products" or "Manufacture of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④Suppliers who intend to put in a bid without above qualifications, registered on the list of qualified bidders, and considered to have the relevant grade. ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 13 : 30, 5 July 2023 (Tenderers participating by mail : 17 : 00, 4 July 2023). ⑼ Electronic procurement system : This item can use the electronic procurement system. ⑽ Contact point for the notice : Supply Section of the Kakogawa Prison. 1530 Ono Kakogawacho Kakogawashi Hyogo 675-0061.
