          Si applica l’art. 157, comma 1, secondo periodo del D.Lgs. n. 50/2016. L’importo degli eventuali ulteriori servizi di direzione dei lavori e coordinamento della sicurezza in fase di esecuzione è pari a 465 695,61 EUR (quattrocento sessantacinque mila seicentonovantacinque/61), oltre IVA e oneri di legge se dovuti. Il valore massimo stimato dell’appalto, considerato unicamente ai fini dell’individuazione della soglia di cui all’art. 35, comma 4 del D.Lgs. n. 50/2016 è, pertanto, pari a 1 045 530,45 EUR (un milione quarantacinquemila cinquecentotrenta/45), oltre IVA e oneri di legge se dovuti.
