Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

La modifica consiste in un incremento dell"importo del Contratto, da riferirsi sia al biennio di durata contrattuale sia alla proroga semestrale contrattualmente prevista, resosi necessario a seguito del forte aumento dei prezzi dell"energia che ha comportato l"inadeguatezza della capienza economica prevista da Contratto.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Nel corso dell"esecuzione del contratto si sono registrati forti rialzi dei prezzi dell’energia, dovuti anche all’eccessiva onerosità sopravvenuta del costo dei certificati di garanzia d’origine (GO), che hanno comportato l’erosione anticipata della capienza economica prevista contrattualmente.

Al fine di garantire la prosecuzione della fornitura per l"intero periodo di durata contrattuale (24+6 mesi) si è reso pertanto necessario adeguare l"importo contrattuale e rideterminare lo spread da corrispondere per il periodo di proroga semestrale.
