Affidamento, ai sensi dell’art. 5, paragrafo 6 del Regolamento (CE) 1370/2007, della gestione e dell"esercizio di servizi di trasporto pubblico ferroviario regionale di competenza della Regione Puglia, alla società Ferrovie del Sud Est e Servizi Automobilistici S.r.l., per il periodo 01.07.2023-31.12.2032. Linea Bari - Taranto, Bari - Casamassima - Putignano, Martina Franca - Lecce, Lecce - Novoli - Nardò - Gagliano, Lecce - Zollino - Gagliano, Casarano - Gallipoli, Lecce - Gallipoli, Maglie – Otranto, per una percorrenza media annua indicativa di 3,8 M treni*km/anno.

Il Contratto di Servizio è valido per un periodo di 9,5 anni (01.07.2023-31.12.2032) ai sensi dell’art. 5 paragrafo 6 del Regolamento (CE) 1370/2007. È prevista l’acquisizione di n. 25 nuovi elettrotreni che entreranno in servizio nel periodo tra il 2024 e il 2027, ed investimenti complessivi da parte di Ferrovie del Sud Est e Servizi Automobilistici S.r.l. per 61,46 M€ (rif. art. 16 e allegato 8 del Contratto di Servizio).

III.1.1)Cost parameters for compensation payments:

Equilibrio economico-finanziario della gestione nel periodo di contratto tra voci di ricavo (ricavi da mercato, ricavi da contratto di servizio, altri ricavi e prestazioni) e voci di costo (accesso infrastruttura, gestione circolazione, condotta e scorta, manovra, manutenzione, pulizie, commerciale, staff, ammortamenti, accantonamenti/svalutazioni, ecc.) tenuto conto della remunerazione del capitale netto investito valutata con la metodologia WACC e delle imposte sul reddito, come indicato nel Piano Economico Finanziario riportato nell’Allegato 3 del Contratto di Servizio, in coerenza con le indicazioni delle delibere ART 120/2018 e 154/2019.
