         a) l’iscrizione al Registro delle Imprese presso la C.C.I.A.A. o ad altro organismo equipollente secondo la legislazione dello Stato di appartenenza; b) l’insussistenza delle condizioni di cui agli artt. 94 e 95 del D.Lgs 36/2023. In caso di raggruppamento temporaneo di imprese, tutti i soggetti dovranno essere in possesso dei requisiti sopra indicati.

         a) aver avuto un fatturato complessivo, nel triennio 2021-2023, pari ad almeno euro 3.000.000,00. In caso di raggruppamento temporaneo di imprese, il requisito dovrà essere posseduto per almeno il 60% dalla capogruppo e per almeno il 20% da ciascuna mandante, fermo restando che il requisito dovrà essere posseduto per il 100% dal raggruppamento.
