        La presente procedura è finalizzata alla individuazione del soggetto cui affidare, in concessione, mediante Projet Financing ai sensi dell’art.193 del Codice - con diritto di prelazione esercitabile da parte del promotore - dei servizi socio assistenziali e della struttura socio assistenziale comprensivo dei lavori propedeutici alla riqualificazione dell’immobile e della gestione globale da parte del concessionario del C.S.S.A.S. Ipab Lercaro, sito in Ovada Strada Lercaro n°3.
