l’appalto ha ad oggetto, per il lotto 1 (Ramo danni e infortuni), la prestazione di servizi assicurativi per il caso di morte o di invalidità permanente da infortunio e di invalidità permanente da malattia degli onorevoli senatori; eventi speciali relativi agli onorevoli senatori; il caso di morte o di invalidità permanente da infortunio per il personale in servizio; danni ai beni mobili e immobili e responsabilità civili diverse (detta anche all risks).

Ai sensi dell"art. 48, comma 2, del d.lgs. n. 50/2016 la prestazione principale, per il Lotto 1, è costituita dalle seguenti attività: i servizi di assicurazione contro infortuni e malattie, i servizi di assicurazione legale e contro tutti i rischi, i servizi di assicurazione contro danni o perdite.

Per il lotto 1 (Ramo danni e infortuni) il valore stimato dell"appalto, per la sua intera durata, al netto delle imposte di legge, è pari a euro 11.460.000,00 (undicimilioniquattrocentosessantamila/00).
