Il montepremi complessivo ammonta a 173.201,80 €, di cui 146.959,10 € da riconoscere alla proposta vincitrice quale premio e compenso per l’elaborazione del PFTE ed al netto di oneri previdenziali e IVA; 26.242,70 € da riconoscere ai classificati dal 2° al 5° posto del concorso, ciascuno per un importo di 6.560,67 €, al netto di oneri previdenziali e IVA.

Avranno diritto al premio solo i concorrenti che conseguiranno, nella seconda fase del concorso, un punteggio non inferiore a 20/100.

Ai fini del computo della soglia di cui all’art. 14 del Codice, il valore totale stimato del presente concorso ammonta ad € 379.062,31 al netto di oneri previdenziali e IVA, ed è così suddiviso:

a) 173.201,80 € quale montepremi complessivo del concorso di progettazione (si veda precedente punto IV.3.1);

b) Opzione per la progettazione esecutiva: 96.601,60 € al netto di oneri previdenziali e IVA;

c) Opzione per l’esecuzione della direzione lavori: 109.258,91 € al netto di oneri previdenziali e IVA;

Il committente si riserva la facoltà di affidare le prestazioni sub b) e c) ai sensi dell’art. 120 co. 1 lett. a) del D.Lgs. 36/2023.
