         Oggetto della presente procedura è l’esecuzione del servizio di GESTIONE DELLE AREE DI SOSTA A PAGAMENTO SENZA CUSTODIA MEDIANTE

         PARCOMETRI E RELATIVO SERVIZIO DI MANUTENZIONE SU AREE COMUNALI.

         VALORE DELL’APPALTO:

         Viene posto a base d’asta l’aggio in favore del Comune nella misura minima del 45,00%, calcolato sugli importi effettivi di tutti gli incassi (proventi da parcometro), dedotta l’IVA, derivanti dalla gestione dello stesso.

         Pertanto l’importo presunto ANNUO (AGGIO) è pari circa ad euro 80.000,00.
