        a) modificare il contratto ai ai sensi dell’articolo 120, comma 1, lettera a) del D.lgs. 36/2023 e s.m.i., per un valore massimo pari a quello indicato al punto II.2.6 a partire dal 2° anno di validità contrattuale

        b) prorogare il servizio alla scadenza del contratto massimo per il tempo strettamente necessario alla procedura di affidamento del contratto ai sensi dell’art. 120, comma 10, del D.lgs. 36/2023 e s.m.i., per un valore massimo pari a quello indicato al punto II.2.6
