VII.2.1)Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

incremento ai sensi e per gli effetti del D.P.R. n. 207/2011 del R.D. 18 novembre 1923, n. 2440, dell’importo massimo del sesto e del settimo quinto. È stata effettuata anche una proroga temporale della convenzione in oggetto per 18 mesi, come previsto da contratto;

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

l’attuale congiuntura dei mercati ha portato a rialzi anomali dei prezzi dei vettori energetici gas ed energia elettrica; per come sono costruite iniziative come quella in esame i fornitori sono tenuti adichiarare il massimale residuo alle PA richiedenti e conseguentemente ad accettare solo richieste che rientrino in tale massimale; l’attuale aumento improvviso dei prezzi comporta un massimale residuo molto esiguo, impedendo al Fornitore di accettare le Richieste Preliminari di Fornitura ed effettuare le conseguenti procedure per l’accettazione dell’ordinativo; si rende quindi necessario estendere il massimale per dare modo al Fornitore di lavorare nelle more dei provvedimenti che sta valutando Consip, in accordo con le associazioni di categoria, per allineare i prezzi e le condizioni di fornitura al mercato attuale.
