      Si procederà facendo ricorso all’istituto dell’inversione procedimentale previsto all’art.107 c.3 del D.lgs. 36/2023, procedendo da subito con la rilevazione delle offerte tecniche, poi con la rilevazione delle offerte economiche e successivamente, con l’apertura della busta amministrativa presentata dai primi due concorrenti presenti in graduatoria.
