      Procedura di aggiudicazione prescelta: procedura aperta ai sensi dell’art. 71 del D.lgs 36/2023; La gara verrà gestita con la piattaforma telematica di negoziazione Empulia accessibile all’indirizzo www.eproc.empulia.it. Tutte le informazioni necessarie sono disponibili nel disciplinare di gara, nel capitolato tecnico e negli atti di gara disponibili all’indirizzo www.sanita.puglia.it/web/asl-barletta-andria-trani. Il disciplinare di gara contenente le norme integrative del presente bando relative al possesso dei requisiti richiesti per l’ammissione, alle modalità di partecipazione alla gara e di compilazione e presentazione dell’offerta, ai documenti da presentare a corredo della stessa ed alle procedure di aggiudicazione dell’appalto. L’operatore economico può dichiarare all’atto dell’offerta le prestazioni che intende subappaltare in conformità a quanto previsto dall’art. 119 del Codice; in mancanza di tali indicazioni il subappalto è vietato. Ai sensi dell’art. 119, comma 1 del Codice non può essere affidata a terzi l’integrale esecuzione delle prestazioni.
