         Detti Interventi rappresentano i primi Interventi dell’operazione per l’espansione dell’Università nell’area denominata “Goccia” di Bovisa oltre che iniziative di sviluppo edilizio di interesse del Comune di Milano.

         b) Lavori di costruzione, 120.816.000,00 Euro.

         c) Costi della sicurezza, 3.025.000 Euro.

         d) Manutenzione degli Interventi per tre anni, 3.629.000 Euro.

          Le opzioni ammontano a 400.000.000 Euro.

          Sono previste modifiche contrattuali di cui all"art. 120, comma 1, let. a), del D.lgs. 36/2023, per 46.500.000 di Euro per dare seguito a tipologie di lavorazioni suppletive e di modifica rispetto a quelle previste nel progetto esecutivo e nel progetto di fattibilità tecnico ed economico posto a base di gara, tra cui eventuali bonifiche residue e per la revisione prezzi. Queste modifiche saranno puntualmente descritte nel progetto stesso e nei Documenti Di Gara. Costituiscono inoltre "opzioni" i lavori e servizi analoghi previsti dal Master Plan che può essere richiesto secondo quanto previsto dal punto VI.3 lett. c) che segue. Tali lavori e servizi analoghi, il cui ammontare è pari a 353.500.000 Euro, saranno affidati mediante più procedure negoziate senza bando da espletarsi ai sensi dell"art. 76, c.6, del D.Lgs. 36/2023.
