Trattasi di aggiornamento dell"importo contrattuale e NON DI CONCLUSIONE del contratto. Sono intervenute modifiche che rientrano tra quelle previste dal D.Lgs. 50/2016, art. 106, c. 1 lett. c) ed e).

L"importo del Contratto pari a euro 163.985,84 al netto del ribasso d’asta del 31,753% offerto in sede di gara è già stato aggiornato come segue:

1) con Determinazione Dirigenziale n. 864 del 30/11/2021 a € 195.296,72 al netto del ribasso ed esclusi cassa ed IVA;

2) con Determinazione Dirigenziale n. 969 del 20/12/2022 a complessivi € 206.884,91 al netto del ribasso ed esclusi cassa ed IVA (per i servizi tecnici necessari all’applicazione dell’art. 26 del D.L. n. 50/2022, recante “Misure urgenti in materia di politiche energetiche nazionali, produttività delle imprese e attrazione degli investimenti, nonché in materia di politiche sociali e di crisi ucraina".

Viene aggiornato con Determinazione Dirigenziale n. 773 del 24/10/2023 a € 234.573,26 al netto del ribasso ed esclusi cassa ed IVA (per perizia di variante suppletiva).

Sono intervenute modifiche che rientrano tra quelle previste dal D.Lgs. 50/2016, art. 106, c. 1 lett. c) ed e).

L"importo del Contratto pari a euro 163.985,84 al netto del ribasso d’asta del 31,753% offerto in sede di gara è già stato aggiornato come segue:

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Durante l’esecuzione dei lavori sono sopravvenute esigenze tali per cui si è reso necessario apportare modifiche ed integrazioni non previste, che sono indicate nel documento "Perizia di variante suppletiva in corso d’opera n. 1" approvato con Deliberazione della Giunta Comunale n. 175 del 17/10/2023.
