         ◦ Attestato di qualificazione SOA per le categorie di lavori: OG 10 cl. III bis – prevalente

         ◦ Requisito di gestione negli ultimi tre anni (2020-2021-2022) precedenti a quello di indizione della presente procedura e per la durata di almeno 12 mesi consecutivi, di almeno 2 contratti aventi ad oggetto servizi di gestione e/o di riqualificazione di impianti di pubblica illuminazione, per un numero complessivo di centri luminosi non inferiore a 1.000 punti luce.

         ◦ Dotazione di personale in possesso dei requisiti per svolgere lavori sotto tensione (PES) e (PAV), non inferiore al numero di 2 unità.

         ◦ Possesso della certificazione ESCo – Energy Service Companies.

         ◦ Possesso della certificazione del sistema di gestione della qualità alla norma UNI EN ISO 9000 nel settore della gestione del servizio di pubblica illuminazione.

         ◦ Requisiti di progettazione appartenere alla categoria IB.08_Impianti di linee e reti per trasmissioni e distribuzione di energia elettrica, telegrafia, telefonia: i soggetti cui verrà demandata la progettazione devono essere in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

         • iscrizione al corrispondente albo professionale (ingegneri o all’ordine dei periti, ramo elettrico);

         • aver firmato come progettista (anche non principale) nei 5 anni precedenti a quello di indizione della presente procedura, almeno 2 progetti di realizzazione/riqualificazione energetica di impianti di illuminazione pubblica per un numero di punti luce complessivo pari o superiore a quello dell’impianto da progettare.
